  Rooms were dirty hair on the floor and in the beds. Toilet was plugged up on arrival I had to fixed the toilet Shower head was plugged up also I had to remove the head to remove the debris.

  Dated. Creepy. Liked Amber attendant at front desk. Wouldn't recommend. Over priced.

  This was the most frustrating vacation... Their card machine didn't work. On top of the fact that $150 deposit is a ridiculous amount (especially for a broken down hotel), they then wanted $200 deposit in cash. (7 days later and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. They tried to tell me my card didn't work. I had just used it 15 min before I got there, at the gas station. I never experienced a more frustrating check in process. I couldn't believe they wouldn't even give me my money back for the room I reserved even though the deposit issue was due to their machine. I refused to lose my money so I said "we are figuring this out one way or another.".. finally they got their machine to work, we got into our room and it wasn't even fully cleaned. The location was not good. Pretty sketchy. If the price to stay there was 60 or 70 ok fine but for 140? No. My daughter was so bummed and she had been so excited for 2 weeks to go out of town. Such a bummer.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would! So unprofessional and would not offer any solutions! My sister booked a room and was left without a room because said employee was “busy” with another costumer. It was 1AM mind you! No one was there to attend her when they literally said they would. Do better. Go to Double tree instead!

  King room with Jacuzzi. Remember that for when you get a room here. It was huuuuuge! Bigger than the picture. That made it more comfortable. Had a fold out bed couch, Jacuzzi, and bathroom. The bed was humongous! Im over 6 foot and had a hard time climbing in. Bed seemed a little hard. And even after putting egg crate on it, was hard on my back. Then again I have a beat up back from work. Can't lay too long without feeling it. So you decide. Breakfast every morning was bomb! I give it up to the breakfast crew. Maybe biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, chorizo and waffles are all "easy" to cook but we didn't cook or spend money at at restaurant. Breakfast was alwasys good annd had a lot of options. Breakfast alone is worth the stay even if you have the smallest room. There were a few times while eating or making our choices, the crew asked if we were finding everything alright or needed anything else. The crew always greeted us through the building. Even the handyman started a conversation with us and was really cool. Asked if things were up to standards. And yes indeed it was. There was a pool and air conditioned rooms for the heat. Gym for you gym gowers needing to keep on routine. The location seemed a little sketchy. Was warned of certain parking spots on the certain part of the building to stay away from which we appreciated. I say sketchy with the homeless and drugged fo around. Some of the run down old buildings and houses made us feel that way. But then again never felt threatened or like we had to run to our car. There were security cameras and fenced around. A Starbucks and great restaurant was within walking distance. We actually extended our stay being that it was close to the freeway and the help at the Best Western were awesome. Especially Amber at the front desk. She seemed down to earth and understood the hope for savings and a good deal. If we had a chance to stay at this Best Western, we definitely would.
