  They only have 2 ADA rooms, the one that I was in I dont know if you can even call it an ADA room... no handles in the bathroom not even by the toilet 😒 and the toilet was low. I couldn't even take a shower because once again no handles... and for someone who just had hip surgery that sucks... the room was really narrow my walker barley fit. To pay $180 bucks is a lot of money for having no accommodations.. besides a late check out that I didnt even use. 😒 do better best western.

  Hotel needs to be updated, bottom line. Once the Hotel is updated it will be the best Hotel in Clovis. I say that because the staff are amazing, very courteous and helpful to the all guests. Especially the housekeepers, and there's one that was particularly memorable, Ana. She just got done cleaning the room I was going to stay in and let me say, she sure knows how to clean a room. The room looked and smelled great, bathroom clean, the tub tub sparkled. She even mopped the bathroom floor. Everything was stocked and all the linen clean and smelled fresh. And I asked her for a few other things and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed so I would have a comfortable and an enjoyable night stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and the location is amazing. I definitely will be staying there again. Thank you Best Western Cole!
