  Tried to return a package to Amazon. They charge $2.25 to print a label from an email. I sent it to them. Never arrived. While we waited to see if it would come through, the associate was falling sleep and doodling with a pen. I said forget it then since it wasn't coming through. He said ok sorry. Time to improve their internet connection and do a customer service training refresh.

  Poor customer service. Apparently select employees at this store make a living selling overpriced and poor quality ups branded packing tape when they need to process Amazon package returns.

  Zane was amazing. He stayed with me for almost an hour and thoroughly advised me through sending multiple letters, packages, along with printing and photo copying several images and documents. He remained patient, professional, and consistently helpful. He even helped me save money. Please give this guy a raise and/or promote him ASAP! Thank you again, Zane!
