Some false advertising and information, although overall a good stay. The room and amenities was good, but unfortunately, we booked the place thinking its a Hotel but its not. All third parties (yelp, expedia, etc. ) calls this as a hotel. Also, advertised that there is hardwired internet in each room (see attached) but that was not the case. Overall, great bed, good bathroom amenities, free parking, free breakfast, but the 2 items should be clarified and not deceive guests.

We stayed two nights here and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hot tub and pool were empty the whole time we were there so we enjoyed feeling like we had it to ourselves in the evenings. It's right off the highway but felt quiet and safe around the area. It has a included breakfast with small basic breakfast selections. Would stay here again.

We stayed here after the ventura nationals. The customer service was ON POINT. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and they helped me with a new key right away.
