  Pictures were not correct for this location. This hotel is rundown needs to be renovated. The carpet was so nasty and stained. When I made the reservation, I was told there was a shuttle to Disney. That’s why we chose to stay there when we checked in they informed us they no longer do the shuttle and when I asked, where was the location for the restroom they informed me there was no restroom in the lobby.

  The rooms were cool, it had a divider with a door for the main and back room and a bunk bed for the kids, that was really neat, although there was a spider with babies on its back and my kids got a bit scared. The breakfast wasn't really the best but it was included so we were happy to have it. The staff were a little rude. I accidentally got locked out of the room when going to the pool with the kids and it wasnt a pleasant experience explaining what happened to the staff. The parking was a little too cramped for my liking but it was close to Disney and California Adventure. I would stay here again.

  Only 2 stars because of the gentleman who had to fix all my problems. Check-in was the root of all my problems for this stay. I was traveling with family, let the girl (Kareena) checking me in know and she said she'd be able to keep my family and I next door (Great! Not always possible but appreciated it very much). Well turns out the room I was assigned was also assigned to the lady who was checking in next me at the same time. Found this out when we went to open the door and there she is with her 2 sons (luckily it was 3pm and not late at night). So went back to reception and Kareena said that my name was assigned to the room and she thinks her coworker (Aixa?) Might have double booked the room. We get reassigned to a room just one door away (not too far from my family so not bad) and settled in. We returned to reception late at night to make sure that my name was taken off the original room and the gentleman (didnt get his name but super helpful) at the desk assured us it was. Fast forward to our last night before checking out the next day, we get back from Disney before midnight and our keys do not work. Apparently when we got reassigned Kareena did not put in the correct dates of our stay, put that we checked out that day instead of the next, so our keys were deactivated. Luckily the same gentleman was able to give us new keys, explained that our reservation did say we were checking out the following day, and all of our stuff was still in the room. Side note: it was not disclosed that renovations were happening for the dining area for breakfast so breakfast was not as advertised when booking. All of this could have been avoided with COMMUNICATION. I really did appreciate everything the gentleman at the front desk did for us just so sorry that he got stuck with the mess caused by others. Respectfully not booking here again. It is very convenient and close to the Toy Story parking lot (5-min walk) but not taking another chance of a similar experience.

  Stayed at this hotel on Aug 21st and 22nd for two nights. The microwave and fridge were both not working. Not knowing that the fridge didn’t work had food for overnight in the fridge that got spoiled next day morning. On reporting to front desk I was told I should have informed, would they have replaced my spoiled food. Won’t we expect a fridge to be working in a room. Also the reception desk mentioned if you want room to be serviced/cleaned just don’t put do not disturb, so we did do. And we came back in the night one day, beds were not made, the bath soap in the bathroom was not refilled. On reporting that, we were told to come to reception and pick up bar soap. If I had an option I would have given ZERO stars to this hotel, never ever booking Best western again and going to pass on my experience to all my friends and colleagues also. I regret choosing this hotel.

  One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Large spiders showed up after dark, there were tiny bugs crawling on the moldy curtains, and a non functioning toilet. They refunded us for the remaining part is the trip, but refused to refund us for the first night even though we couldn’t even wake up and pee because there aren’t even lobby bathrooms. I wish I would have left them a bottle of urine in the corner. Disgusting. We had to pack everything up and move hotels instead of making it to rope drop. We tried to get them to help us and they just said we should leave a bad review. So here I am.
