  We started our vacation here to go to Bearizona and Grand Canyon and the location is amazing! Back in the woods with beautiful views. Staff is amazing. Safety was 10/10 was able to leave our luggage and such in the bed of the truck and no one messed with it. Restaurant inside in the evening was really good and again the staff was exceptional! Nice pool and hot tub. Definitely made it to the list of our top 5!!! We are a family of 5 and was comfortable for all my different aged children.

  The hotel room was quite dirty. There was an inch of dust on the headboards, pee all over the toilet, hair in the shower, left over spots on the mirror,and dirty floor. We mentioned to the front desk who did nothing about it. The weight room AC didn't work and all the disinfecting wipes were dried. Best part was for dinner served at the restaurant.

  This was a good stop for us. The hotel is sort of tucked away, but still very conveniently located right where you'd want it. The rooms were nice, clean, and everything worked as it should. It was somewhat inconvenient that our room did not have a microwave, but there was a shared microwave in the hallway for guest use. The pool is an outdoor pool, which bugs & breeze aside, was quite nice. There were several nice seating areas to relax or visit with others, outdoor games, and although we were tuckered out from our adventures of the day, I did hear they had a firepit in the evenings. There was a restaurant and we did order some snacks during the evening service. The scorpions were great, but the nachos were so good we ended up ordering them twice! Speaking of food, the breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Lots of options to help get your day started right, and do not pass up the hot beverage dispensary. Tea, various coffees, and even classic hot chocolate were ready to go at the push of a button and available any time of day!

  This property is located surrounded by pine trees. It's very scenic. Unfortunately that's all it offers from my experience . Here's why it's outside is more interesting then inside. First off...No microwave in the room. The elevator is way on the other side of the hotel. Only one elevator. Breakfast is awfull. The restaurant has a mildew stinch. I think they had a water damage causing that odor. And the restaurant doesn't open until 4 p.m. Their food pantry doesn't offer any to eat.other then chips. I guess when you need to stay somewhere for some recovery time, this place will have to do.

  I love love love this place. The stay was welcoming. Everything was clean and maintained. Service was excellent!!!! Felt very comfortable the whole time. I was a mom on vacation with her children and never felt alarmed. I will be back for sure!
