  I was here for a business trip. There were no rooms so I was lucky to get a room.here. I was skeptical but very impressed. Rooms was huge.. very clean and wifi worked great. It had a sport bar within walking distance that was pretty decent. We all got wings.. and a few beers. There is also a burger place across the street so you have some options s close by without having to drive.

  Very poor experience. Biggest issue was there was blood on my sheets and bed cover - from something like leaking, not a wound. Obviously indicating the sheets had not been changed. The room was not ready at check in time. I was given a key to the room, but it was still being cleaned and we were past the check in time. I was then assigned another room, then the desk person came down 5 min later and said that the new room wasn't actually available and I needed to go back to the original room and we swapped keys. Perhaps all that led to the shotty cleaning, but certainly this is completely unacceptable. Amenities were minimal, and the only elevator in the building was broken for over 24 hours, avoid this place if you can.

  My visit was cut short as my work trip was complete early. Hotel manager advised I would be charged for my unused nights (even though I booked a flex rate) as I had booked my stay over 1 month in advance, and they had been turning away guests for all that time as all other rooms were booked. After threatening to call my credit card company and put a hold on payment, she agreed to refund me for the unused nights. Hotel rooms have a musty smell to them, carpet in hallways are tearing at the seams, housekeeping is only available after your third night stay. Horrible experience, much better hotels right next door. I'll book there in the future for any upcoming visits.

  Pros - Keurig in the room. Huge tv's. Toiletries are nuce. Nice breakfast. Perfect location for me. Lots of food nearby. Cons - Beds are not comfortable and the pillows are way too small.

  Reservation made and confirmed several weeks in advance. Upon arrival, informed by employee that there were no rooms available. After I pushed back and insisted that I had a reservation, they were able to "find" a room by contacting the manager and having a member of their cleaning staff clean a room that was not yet turned over and re-set something in the system. Unclear why my room was given away to begin with. What should have been an easy process took an additional 45+ minutes. Also, I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. I'm not sure what someone else would have done given the same circumstance - a paying customer should not have to argue for their previously reserved room. Gym: treadmill barely worked, other cardio machines seriously needed some attention, the weight machine only had one component that functioned, and the free weights consisted of a single barbell and a few weights (that seemed to be falling apart with each use). This gym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
