  This is the third year in a row we've stayed here, but unfortunately we had some unwelcome guests this time. There was a huge cockroach that came right out of a wall socket opening that has no cover on it in the early part of the night. The very next morning there was a cockroach beneath the bed sheets hanging on the floor from the end of the bed. Very disturbing to say the least! Aside from that issue, everything else was okay. Good breakfast arrangement here.

  This is the place I stay from now on. The place is clean. Pool great. And they let me have my baby dog. And. Breakfast was good. Great service. All employees were happy and kind. All of them! That means management running a good ship. Also. They have the under areas is the roof fenced off. But this beautiful pigeon got in. So they let her nest there. I enjoyed watching her and she cooed. It was just nice to see people being nice to animals.

  I checked in late on a Friday night. The check in guy was very polite. However once getting to the room, I noticed the door would hardly open or shut. You had to use alot or force to open it and push it to lock in place, which did not make me feel very safe. The room was clean and spacious. Regular Best Western style room really. Didn't really seem like a Best Western Plus tho. The AC system had to be very old and worn out as it struggled to cool the room down to the desired temperature of 71. It stayed between 73 and 77 most the night and was not very comfortable as it actually felt even warmer at times. I was offered a room change but had a ton of stuff and was already settled in and i felt i probably would of had the same issue in the next room anyway. On top of that the fridge wasn't very cold as the door had been left open when I checked in. The microwave was also older and did not heat very well. I was shocked, since this place had mostly positive reviews and Best Western Plus locations usually never let me down. It wasn't the worst one I been to il admit, and the service was great. I had a late check out and they were very understanding. It was also pretty quite and peaceful il say. The rooms while somewhat updated and clean could use a newer Microwave and fridge and definitely a better AC system. Also could use a few more towels.

  Booked for a quick night's sleep on our way across the country - rooms are clean, comfortable and a good amount of space! The parking lots are well lit and feel safe. The staff including the night clerk and breakfast attendants were all very kind and friendly. Overall a much more pleasant stay than we had planned for only a quick stop, and one we would happily stay at again!

  Highly recommend! We have been traveling across the country and this hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff. The breakfast team and morning front desk attendant on 6/3 were fantastic. All were personable, attentive and showed a lot of care in what they did- cleaning, stocking, greeting every guest they passed with a smile and good morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were a great size and the showers were spacious. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
