  The room was gross dog hair every where hair in the tub on the bed it was obviously not wiped down or vacumed as you could see and feel sticky spots on the table and dresser.breakfast was cold chunks of ham and reconstituted eggs there was a basket of apples that looked questionable. Ended up leaving due to the filth and they refused to refund our money even though we didnt stay.

  We stay here because I can't stand perfumes in rooms and hallways, Also they left the coffee machine on All night which is a huge plus for me because I actually like having a cup of regular coffee before bed.

  Service from Lucia was amazing. We didn't interact with housekeeping but they were pleasant when we passed them in the hall. Rachel and a young man, I believe his name was Gudon were pleasant. But Mel lacks customer service skills and I believe she had an race issue. I am Caucasian and my partner is African American. Whenever we were coming or going from the hotel she would put her head done and start looking at her phone or walk away. Agile also never spoke when we were coming or going. I have lived long enough and seen this behavior many times in many scenarios. It is 2026 and there is no room for this lack of customer service.

  Hotel con ubicación estratégica a pie de carretera, sus instalaciones son de calidad y el personal amable, por la mañana ofrecen desayuno muy rico y puedes comer hasta saciarte.
