  Had a great stay at Best Western Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the breakfast was a nice. The location is convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the Air Force Base area. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

  Absolutely disgusting experience at Best Western. I booked a non-smoking room and the second I opened the door, the smell hit me so hard I could barely stand inside the room. It smelled old, smoky, dirty, and completely unclean. For a “non-smoking” room, I couldn’t understand why there were cigarette burns all over the comforter. The room honestly looked like someone had just walked out before I arrived. There were strands of hair on the bathroom floor and even on one of the pillows. Trash was still left in the room as well. The smell alone made the room impossible to stay in, so I immediately went back to the front desk and politely explained that I could not stay there. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, the woman at the front desk had the nastiest attitude imaginable. I told her I did not want another room and simply wanted a refund because the conditions were unacceptable. She laughed at me, told me my reservation was made online, and said to just leave the key on the counter. At that point, I honestly considered fighting to get my money back, but the hotel is so run down and filthy that I figured they probably needed the money more than I did. I’d rather leave this review and hopefully save someone else from making the same mistake. This was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

  Very good hotel. The rooms are nice and cool, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing I will say is the shower curtain rod is a bit broken, the curtain doesn’t really cover the entire shower. It slides down and meets in the middle. But other than that it was a very nice stay.
