  Bobby had a Great Time. Front desk was very helpful, they knew that from a long travel day that we needed some food and suggested the Rocky Corner next door which was amazing as well. The breakfast was awesome, they really know how travelers like their breakfast. (Bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns) and was served which was nice as well.

  Wow! We ended up here because most other hotels were booked up. We got an amazing price cl.pared to other places and we are glad we did. The staff, especially at breakfast, makes you feel like you are visiting family instead of a hotel. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are well kept and clean with tons of room.

  I stayed here a few weeks ago and I must say the ladies here were top tier! I enjoyed it so much, I'm writing a review weeks later AND I'm going back to Hot Springs and I've already booked my stay here! Amber, Jessica and Glenda were exceptional! From making sure I was comfortable to food quality! Truly one of my best stays!!

  Did not plan to stay in Hot Springs but ended up there and it was later than we thought after we ate. At the restaurant, I mentioned all the hotels were sold out. Someone over heard and said “you should try the best western by the casino. It’s nicer than you think”. There were just a few nonsmoking rooms left. It was very cozy and clean. But the next morning we went down for breakfast, which was included. The service was amazing. Very friendly ladies that made the experience even better. Thank you so much for being so friendly and feeding us good food for breakfast.

  Mandy, Brittany, Glenda, Shasta and rest of the staff, delivered the Very Best Customer Service Ever! Clean, Welcoming, Friendly, and Excellent! Best place to stay in Hot Springs Arkansas! Breakfast was also Excellent! Thank you all for making our stay great this week! We will be back!
