  Unless you have no other choice, but you do keep driving It is an old hotel. Sheets seem clean, but the smell. Also house keeping did not even knock they just opened the door. No I did not have the do not disturb out but it was 8:00 AM !!!!

  REALLY DISAPPOINTED! This place took forever to get me basic information about stays and costs of room. I generally don't write negative reviews, but my experience with this location was so completely off the charts bad that I'm thinking about writing a COMPLAINT to company management about this location being incompetent. Please do better for the next customer - you've deterred me from ever coming. 0/10

  Stopped here 6-29-26 to stay overnight. Decent location. Wonderful staff. Knocked 1 star off for the room specifically only because we found two dead bugs and a stain on the bed cover. Otherwise clean! Only a few minutes drive from the President William Jefferson Clinton birthplace (the reason for selecting this hotel)! Get your national passport stamp!

  This is a fantastic location with great employees! We stayed only one night as we’re moving, but they had plenty of parking space for our Uhaul. The rooms are dated and not the cleanest (but they are cleaner than the one star reviews say!!), the bed was comfortable and the area is quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re passing through Hope!

  The receptionist is SO sweet and could have made or broke my opinion of this hotel, because the rooms are just okay. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is at night, but the rooms could use a bit of attention to detail, like dusting the top/back of the TV and baseboards, maybe a carpet shampoo or some airing out with the windows open as it smells a bit old and dusty, and the wifi needs an upgrade, it was approximately 5mps download speed, which is not enough to even stream a movie. The a/c also doesn't blow very hard so it takes a long time to cool the room down. It might be a good idea to turn them down in the summer before people check in. Aside from these minor things, the beds are comfortable and clean and everything works as it should. I thought some outlets didn't work (my mistake for not knowing there was a switch on the wall) and she happily moved me to another room without question. To the receptionist: I apologize for being dumb and not noticing the switch lol thank you for being so kind to me and my little angry pomeranian. You were the sweet spirit I needed at the end of a rough work day (and the angel who let me use the lobby bathroom before checking in!). I've heard great things about the breakfast, but unfortunately, I left too early to try it.
