  Our fire department booked 2 rooms here for the fire fighter conference and competition we got there on Thursday 06/11/2026 at around 6:00 pm after driving almost 200 miles and we stayed until Sunday 06/14/2026 one of the rooms air didn't work right when we told the lady at the front desk about it firday morning on our way out to the conference she said that she would have someone go and fix it we come back firday night to still a hot room and a big fan sitting on the coffee table the min freg was not cooling right probably because the room itself was hot we stayed in this room the whole time like this after being in the heat all day we had to come back to a hot room to try and sleep it was not a enjoyable stay at all for us in that room and for the price our fire department had to pay for us to stay there

  We were in town for the AAVFD Competition and Conference. The rooms were so clean, the beds were comfy and all the staff were so nice. My water bugs loved the pool! We had a mixup with our rates and once I talked to ShaKarie (spelling may not be correct), she reached out to Shea, the manager, and it was fixed almost immediately. 10/10 customer service!

  I recently stayed here over the weekend, and I wanted to leave a review because the staff truly made our experience exceptional. Shea and Shon were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their positive attitudes made us feel right at home. During our stay, we had an issue with the toilet in our room late at night. Shon personally came up to help fix it, and she did so with such a kind, positive attitude that it made what could have been an awkward situation feel completely stress-free. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely seem happy to help, and both Shea and Shon went above and beyond. Our room on the third floor was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great throughout our stay. The bed was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after long days out. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options including multiple juices, hot coffee, a latte machine, waffles, pastries, breads, cereal, and more. There was truly something for everyone. The hotel also has a comfortable lobby with plenty of seating, as well as a separate sitting area with computers and TVs. Another feature we appreciated was the small convenience store next to the check-in desk that offered drinks, snacks, and personal items. It came in handy several times during our stay, especially late at night. I’ll admit that some of the previous reviews made me a little nervous before booking, but I’m so glad we decided to stay here. The wonderful staff completely exceeded our expectations and made our visit enjoyable. The cleanliness of our room, the comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional customer service made for a great stay. If I’m ever back in the area, I will absolutely stay here again.

  had a wonderful stay here! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The customer service was outstanding. I needed some personal hygiene items late at night and called the front desk around midnight. Jodie responded quickly and brought up a bag filled with the items I needed, along with some sweet treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my day.

  I would highly recommend this hotel.Extremely clean, very friendly staff.The breakfast was good beds were very comfortable. I stayed in the king suite room.The room itself was huge, nice.Big walk in shower. I was going to bring my pet with me and decided not to and as I was leaving.The general manager's shea came out to the parking lot to tell us that we were charged.For the dog fee and that she wanted to make sure that we knew she was going to take it off of our bill.And we greatly appreciated that.
