  Terrible Customer Service Experience I had a very disappointing experience today. When I arrived, I waited at the front desk for approximately 30 minutes. There was a sign posted instructing guests to ring a bell and that a front desk assistant would come out to assist with check-in. Unfortunately, no one came to help during that time. When the employee finally arrived, she appeared to have just woken up from a nap in the back employee area and seemed frustrated that I had interrupted her. The interaction was not welcoming or professional. To make matters worse, she charged the incorrect credit card during check-in. When I politely asked if the charge could be reversed and the correct corporate card could be charged instead, I was told that she could not do anything and that I would have to handle it myself. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with a simple billing correction resulted in a very poor customer experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service for future guests.

  The rooms are clean & very spacious, but that lady that works nights at the front desk is very RUDE , NASTY ATTITUDE & YOU CANT UNDERSTAND HER, they need to replace her from the front desk because she will run all the good customers away .

  Not accomidating for wheel chair users We reserved a room with a roll in shower because my husband is in a wheelchair and when we got to the room its a walk in shower not a roll in then we were told by the front desk lady who does not speak english well that she gave us a handicap room with a walk in shower i told her i need a roll in shower she told me no they same thing THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING So my husband had to shower on the floor

  Tried several times to call the local phone #, never got an answer. Called the 800# to make reservations. I booked 2 rooms. At check in I asked for rooms next to each other, I was told not available. Ok no problem with that. We got room 205 and 210. When we entered room 210 it stunk so bad from cigarette smoke that we asked for another room (this is a smoke free hotel ). So they happily gave us room 212 which is next to room 210 (didn't have rooms next to each other just 10 minutes earlier). Now room 205: when ready to shower the next morning I had to remove the used dirty wash cloth that was hanging on the shower rod (we didn't look at the shower the night before) and I just don't feel clean when standing in 2 inches of water while showering. Way over priced for the condition of the rooms. I talked to the front desk, they were very sorry and polite but offered nothing else. Will not stay there again.
