  I want to say thank you to Youcef ! I came in the store frustrated because of miscommunications from customer service for weeks, not only was he patient and understanding with me, he did everything to help me ! If i knew i wouldve came in store earlier, thank you so much Youcef !!

  Un gros merci à Plamedi au Vidéotron Centre Eaton. Par erreur, en changeant mon Gmail, j'ai effacé toutes mes données,contacts et photos. Plamedi a tout récupéré. Il a une très bonne écoute,est très poli et patient, explique très bien les problèmes et comment les résoudre.Jai été très satisfaite du service.

  Worst business ethics ever. Did not communicate with me (no invoices, no correspondence) and heard from collections about an unpaid balance despite having closed my account for over a year? Support provided no help either and had me on hold for hours.
