  Très déçu de mon expérience avec Apple Store Carrefour Laval. J’ai acheté un produit Belkin ( batterie externe magnétique 10k) chez eux il y a quelques mois, avec facture à l’appui, et aujourd’hui ils refusent de prendre en charge ma demande. On m’a simplement dit de contacter directement Belkin, alors que le produit a été acheté en magasin apple store laval Je trouve ça vraiment inadmissible pour une enseigne comme Apple, surtout vu le niveau de service qu’ils prétendent offrir. Quand on achète en magasin, on s’attend à un minimum de suivi et d’accompagnement en cas de problème. Service après vente décevant, manque de responsabilité. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience.

  Service ridicule, on me dit d’attendre en ligne puisque je nai pas de rendez-vous. apres 30 minutes j’arrive a un commis qui me dit de partir car il avait pas de place.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Laval. On April 3rd, I first called the store to book an appointment. I was asked to wait while the employee arranged it, but the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation. Later that day, my wife and I came to the store around 6:40 PM because my iPhone 16 Pro Max was not responding to charging. We stayed until about 8:50 PM. An employee instructed us to wait for approximately 30 minutes. However, after waiting for more than 40 minutes with no one approaching us, we had to start asking staff members for assistance ourselves. During this time, multiple staff members behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional way. We felt ignored, and at one point our appointment was canceled by an employee even though we were sitting exactly where he told us to wait, about one meter away from him, directly in front of him, without any explanation. When we asked the staff to verify that we had been present and waiting as instructed, including suggesting they check the cameras, the store manager began whispering with another employee in front of us instead of addressing the situation directly. This felt highly unprofessional. The store manager was also not respectful, especially toward my wife. After all this time, the issue was resolved in just a few minutes by simply connecting the phone to a charger. The device itself had no issues. What was most disappointing is that no one apologized or showed basic customer care. I have been a loyal Apple customer for years, but this experience seriously affected my trust in the brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers are treated with more respect.

  Accueil chaleureux même si le magasin était plein. On s'est assuré de s'occuper de nous rapidement: Chris, Nancy, Mark. Un autre employé est aussi venu vérifier si tout était correct. Mais le meilleur des meilleurs: M. Émile. Un vrai pro dans tous les sens du terme. Patience d'ange, professionnalisme constant, connaissances impressionnantes, chaleureux. Rarement vu qqn d'aussi compétent et aussi bon employé.

  Personnellement j’ai eu affaire avec un monsieur libanais mexicain j’ai vu son Omar dans sa chaîne Vraiment un très bon service de sa part il est vraiment accueillant très très bon homme merci à toi
