I waited over 20 minutes just to speak with someone, with no clear system or communication. If the store is understaffed, there should be a more efficient checkout process instead of leaving customers waiting. On top of that, the sales rep I spoke with didn’t seem knowledgeable about the differences between iPhone models, which is concerning when making a purchase decision. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

J’ai essayé de rejoindre 2 fois apple par téléphone avec ma tablette aucun comebacks. Finalement mon voisin avec sont ordinateurs en 15 min là débarré il à due formater mon iphone 17 . Déçus Déçus
