  Not a good experience: the cake was stale, the chocolate in the mocha was completely undissolved, and no receipt ( they charged us 20 pounds extra for I don’t know what — not sure if there was a service fee but didn’t see any signs anywhere)

  Very slow service and poor customer service. Iced coffees are overpriced with no flavour. The iced mocha was the worst I have ever tasted. Would not recommend.

  I visited Ralph's Coffee at Bicester and really enjoyed the overall experience. The coffee roast was honestly one of the best I've ever tried — absolutely delicious, and I would definitely come back for the coffee again. The ambience and setting are also lovely, and having the café attached to the Ralph Lauren showroom is such a nice initiative. It creates a really stylish and relaxed atmosphere. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the croissant or the cheesecake. They were alright, but personally, I wouldn't order them again. I've tried better pastries and desserts around Bicester, so I don't feel they were quite worth it for the taste. Overall, I would definitely return for the coffee and the ambience, but I would probably skip the pastries next time!

  If you want a coffee that has no hint of coffee taste.. basically tinted milk after standing in a long queue then this is the place..
