  I recently went to Bicester Village and was served by Kendra and she was amazing. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Kendra spent time explaining to me about the different undertones to the foundation I was being matched to. She went above and beyond and made our experience at Charlotte Tilbury very pleasant. I would definitely recommend anyone to pay a visit to Charlotte Tilbury at BV. It was clear that Kendra had a real passion for her work and made me and my friend feel so welcome. Thank you Kendra.

  Kendra did the Go and Glow express facial for my Mum in the morning before our girls shopping trip and she was amazing. She made her feel so special. Kendra was also really informative of the product and gave us the space to figure what we wanted to purchase (we went for the minis to try at home, and then figure if we want to commit to the bigger bottles!) Thank you Kendra!!!

  I visited Charlotte Tilbury at Bicester Village and had a wonderful experience. I own many Charlotte Tilbury products, purchased both at Bicester Village and in the boutique, but I wasn’t always confident about how to use them properly. When I visited the store, Natalia took the time to listen carefully what I would like to do. She understood exactly the look I was hoping for and kindly suggested that I book a consultation with Lisa, as she was confident Lisa would be able to create exactly what I was looking for. She was absolutely right Lisa a make up artist who is gave me an excellent consultation and did my contouring exactly as I wanted. She also showed me how to use my products in the best way for my features. A big thank you to both Natalia and Lisa for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. They made the experience truly special, and I highly recommend booking a consultation.
