  I waited ten minutes to be served today and had to leave as I was completely unacknowledged. In the ten minutes two other customers were assisted to try products and did not buy anything. I will buy the products online as I do like the brand and buy regularly from Charlotte Tilbury, but teams like these are not really encouraging me to visit stores.

  Came today with my mum who is getting Married in July! She wanted a full face of makeup products but is unsure on how to do it, the lady that helped us (really sorry, I didn’t catch your name) was absolutely amazing! She spent time talking mum through all the products & did a full face of makeup on her, showing her how to use things, your we’re fantastic! Mum bought everything she needed all thanks to the patience & time this lady took making sure mum understood every step! Thankyou so much!! Really wish I got your name! You are FANTASTIC at what you do 🩷
