  I had such a lovely makeup consultation with Nicola. She was fab; patient, friendly and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I sometimes find makeup appointments leave me feeling like the makeup is wearing me, but Nicola completely understood the look I was going for, talked me through all the products, and I left feeling like myself, just more polished!

  Nicola is absolutely AMAZING - first time I booked my Wife for a 1-2-1 Masterclass as we were looking to purchase into the brand. We were late to the appointment, travelling from Trafford to City Centre took over an hour instead of 15-20 minutes - however the team at the CT stand reassured us this was no problem, that we can be seen in a few minutes time. We’re so glad we waited - Nicola was so happy, kind, caring and knew so much about the products and explained everything she was using. It helped my wife understand also, giving us a chance at each stage of the process to review, ask questions and/or request any changes. Nicola providing her top tips was also very useful - We won’t forget to the use the Setting Spray the way she recommended!!! Our total came to just under £1,000 for the makeup - but it was worth every penny - given Nicola and the experience she gave us - without her - we may not have bought into the brand - with her - it was a guarantee and we can’t wait to be back to see her, get more recommendations and also just general re-purchasing once items run low and out. Cannot stress how dedicated, sweet and nice she is - made me & my wife feel completely at ease while she masterfully did her makeup! We also appreciate the complimentary items that Nicola and the Manager provided, as well as the follow up appointment the day after too as it was a big family going back to my wife’s sisters home.   katie + zainab were super lovely on my visit today i needed help picking what shade i would be in the powder they introduced me to the new collection that’s part blush as well as the setting spray and recommended using them together for the perfect base! s/o 2 them 🩷
