Customer service is genuinely so poor and rude.
I was standing at the till to check out and the workers kept looking over but I’m stood there for 10 minutes and I had to go get someone to check out. The lady that served me wasn’t the nicest either.
Not a great experience very disappointed.
I had a lovely experience with the Charlotte Tilbury consultant her name is Zeba, I did not have an appointment, but she was still very helpful, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain which products would suit me best and showed me how to use them for my event.
She helped me choose everything I needed to create a beautiful makeup look and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her advice, patience, and professional service.
Thank you so much Zeba and Charlotte Tibury!
Thanks Sara for the gorgeous makeover!

I am very new to make up and was very anxious about going into the store and trying to find something that would suit me. I had an amazing member of staff, called Francis, help out and make me feel extremely welcome and calmed my anxiety. His ability to teach me the basics of makeup and his own tips and tricks, in a way I was able to understand, was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance at all. I will definitely be returning to purchase more makeup products, hopefully he will be there to yet again provide me excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Selfridges has been inconsistent and disappointing. My first visit was lovely because the staff member who assisted me was warm, funny, and welcoming. However, on my second visit, despite spending nearly £200, the staff member was noticeably ungenerous with samples/freebies compared to my experience at the Covent Garden store, where I spent less (£160) yet received several sachet samples and 2 perfume testers, and the staff there were much friendlier.
On my third visit, I returned to Selfridges to return an item, only to be told they do not accept returns, which was frustrating because I have successfully returned an item before at the Covent Garden branch without issue. The staff also came across as rather rude and unhelpful, so I ended up exchanging the item instead. To make matters worse, when I checked the exchanged product later, I noticed the lid was scratched.
Overall, I felt let down by the customer service at Selfridges compared to the much better experience I’ve had at Charlotte Tilbury Covent Garden.
