  Really nasty customer robbing company, I returned all the items and they didn’t refund me although my items are marked as delivered back to their warehouse.

  My daughter wanted to visit the flagship store on our last day of vacation in London. She was mesmerized by how beautiful the store was and I was blown away by the kindness of Julie the makeup specialist who served us. Julie was happy and patient with my daughter who wasn’t sure what she wanted to buy. Julie gave her a mini makeover showing her the different products, my daughter looked and felt fabulous at the end. we purchased all the products used and left very happy. If you’re in the area make sure to pop into the shop and ask for Julie you won’t be disappointed.

  I love the Products the brand and all the Excitement of getting new products as soon as they'r it in store. I went to get my make up done in store and This was Awful EXPERIENCE, We got a Very Rude and very unpleasant make up Artist (FYNN) I don't think he represent the Brand. Everybody else were friendly and lovely. Very bad Experiences at Store 1006 Covent Garden. Sorry.

  I visited the Charlotte Tilbury Covent Garden flagship own store today and was helped by DEIMANTE — what an absolute star. From start to finish her service was exemplary. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and so approachable. What stood out the most was how non-judgmental she made the whole experience feel — I never felt rushed or pressured to buy, she really listened to what I wanted and tailored everything to me. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about the customer. This is the best beauty counter experience I’ve had in London. Charlotte Tilbury is lucky to have her. If you visit, ask for Deimante!
