  Another fabulous makeover experience in The Pillow Talk room with Sofia, our 3rd booked experience with her. Sofia's knowledge is 2nd to none as is her bubbly infectious personality. My gorgeous daughter and I travelled 3 hours to London so make sure you book direct with Charlotte Tilbury store. The quality of the products, lay out of spacious store and all staff is excellent. This is such a pamper experience. Go and enjoy! Thank you Sofia 😀

  I had my makeup done by Sofia and it was the best makeup experience i have ever had. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and talented. She helped me pick the best products for my skin type and I’ll definitely be back to buy more. 10/10 experience. Will definitely recommend.

  I cannot recommend Sofia at Charlotte Tilbury Carnaby Street highly enough! I first reached out to Sofia on Instagram because I have incredibly sensitive eyes and seem to react to almost every makeup product I use. Rather than just replying with advice, she went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary makeup appointment so we could find products that would work for me. From the moment I arrived, Sofia made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. Her knowledge and passion for makeup really shone through, and she carefully explained everything she was using and why she thought it would suit my sensitive eyes. The appointment itself was brilliant. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything…just honest, expert advice from someone who clearly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her customers. The finished makeup looked beautiful, and for the first time in a long time, I felt confident trying products without worrying about my eyes reacting. Sofia is an absolute credit to Charlotte Tilbury. Her professionalism, kindness, expertise, and exceptional customer service made the whole experience unforgettable.
