  Grace spent some time creating a wedding look for me. She was so lovely and made me feel very special. I ended up purchasing every product she had recommended online Charlotte tilbury online as unfortunately the offers were to good to resist but came back to see her for a lipstick. She’s amazing 🤩

  I had the most amazing experience at Charlotte Tilbury, Canterbury (Fenwicks). The whole team are extremely friendly, helpful and encouraging. They made me feel so comfortable. They explained and encouraged me to try new products for my skin type and highlighted areas make up would enhance my features. I trusted Alyson to apply my make up for my Sons wedding and it was just perfection. It transformed my confidence and I received so many compliments on the day, I felt amazing ! Thank you

  Went to Charlotte Tilbury to get colour matched for my foundation, the ladies there serving me were amazing, helpful and helped me to get the right colour, how to apply it and what I could do to help me when doing it myself. Thank you for helping me.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Alison at Charlotte Tilbury. She was so warm, friendly & knowledgeable and she took the time to help me find the perfect lipstick shade for my wedding day. She really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Thanks to Alison I’ve found a lipstick that makes me feel confident, beautiful & truly like myself for such a special occasion. Her customer service was exceptional, and nothing felt rushed.
