  We had a wonderful experience getting my prom makeup done at Silverburn. My makeup artist, Karen, did an amazing job and made me feel confident and beautiful for the event. She was not only incredibly talented but also kind, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her services.

  It was OK. The make up artist was skilled enough but when it came to buying products at the end, there were some out of stock - the eyeliner and the eye serum. I was also sold a light blonde eyebrow pencil even though, when I asked, I was told the artist had used taupe. I didn't realise until I used it the next day, and therefore unable to return.

  I went to the Bridal Master Class, delivered by Zamia and Karen. I really enjoyed all the class, they explained so well the application of every product. After the class, I had to buy the products they recommended, I wanted to have the final look as they showed on the MasterClass

  Had such a lovely experience at Charlotte Tilbury thanks to Rachel! She helped me and my mum find new foundations and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was so friendly, welcoming, and really made us feel at ease straight away. We had such a wee laugh with her too, which made it even better. Rachel was so knowledgeable and patient, and nothing felt rushed. Amazing customer service, thank you so much Rachel!
