  I had a great experience at the Charlotte Tilbury Glasgow store. I received the 30 mins to flawless skin treatment by Natalie. This treatment exceeded expectations. Natalie made me feel so at ease throughout and she was very knowledgeable on the products. My skin is glowing and Natalie truly boosted my confidence. I cannot thank Natalie and the team at Charlotte Tilbury Glasgow enough☺️

  Met a lovely lady called daisy she done my make up too perfection I was very happy with it, also she had the best kind of customer service towards me and my daughter. Would definetly recommend xxx

  I was colour matched (allegedly) at your store & was advised I needed shade 6. When I applied at home it was evident it was the completely wrong shade, if you want to see how wrong check their X page. I went back to exchange the foundation & concealer I had purchased, when I explained to the first assistant, her condescending tone of "a 3 really, what makes you say that" got us off to a great start, she then disappeared after seating me. The 2nd assistant arrived a couple of minutes later & unfortunately her attitude wasn't much better, I actually caught her talking about me to another member of staff while she was checking for stock & she knew that I'd caught her, she couldn't have changed her attitude any faster & was all smiles & fake niceness. The products might be good but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Being talked down to & looked at like your the stupid one when they got it wrong in the first place doesn't encourage me to spend any more money with you & I won't be. Wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind like looking like a pantomime dame with your face 3 shades darker than the rest of you.
