  I went into Charlotte Tilbury in H beauty, lakeside, the service by Emily was exceptional. I couldn’t remember my shade of foundation, she knew instantly, but confirmed by doing a colour match. She offered to cover my whole face and used other products to prep my skin. Some products I already owned. I did buy other products as it was so hard not too. After finishing treatment, Emily made me feel special and I needed to have a bit of a pamper to my skin. Thank you so much, for making me glow. I will be back for sure!

  Fantastic service. That lady was a Fountain of knowledge and very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t buy the products in store as I had hoped to use my blue light card in store. I have however bought the products online for myself and my daughter.

  Highly recommend staff at Charlotte tilbury. The young girl, that did my make up was amazing.(sorry I can’t remember her name ) thank you so much
