  Absolutely bewildered at how this is rated a 4 star hotel..We had booked and left..They advertise a SPA..There is no spa ..2 treatment rooms..The pool stank of Chlorine and we went to use the hot tub..The area was dirty with stuff floating in the hot tub...We had booked afternoon tea and were due to stay .It was booked for 5 asked to cancel.at 10 past 4 Told it was ready ..We were coming down a back corrridor and there was a massive hole in the ceiling with water flowing from it...The place really needs a total refurbishment given the high standard of hotels in the area..We were fortunate to find a room in the beautiful Ebrington Hotel..

  We recently stayed in the Clooney suite and I have to say from the moment we arrived the staff where very friendly, we had a treatment in the spa and then spent time in the jacuzzi and pool facilities The staff in the bar where very helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent overall we had a great night away and would definitely recommend

  Ma chambre single avait une salle de bain micro avec un lavabo minuscule, rince doigts plus que lavabo, donc bien dommage et j' ai vu des commentaires analogues. Premier étage. Le pommeau fixe est souvent dans les hôtels irlandais et c'est plus compliqué pour les dames que les hommes pour se laver. Par contre la chambre elle même très bien.

  3rd time staying at the Hotel, celebrating my 25th this weekend and we stayed in the Presidential King Suit which had a jacuzzi in the room, the only downfall being the LED lights in it didn't work which was disappointing! Apart from that everything else was 10/10 as always!

  Enjoyable stay at the White Horse. We had an accessible room so had lots of space, beds were very comfortable and the towels were amazing. The leisure facilities were good, pool a bit cold but welcomed after the sauna and steam room which were great. The outdoor hot tubs are £15 for 30 mins per person which I thought was a bit of a rip off so we didn’t bother. Decent selection of what you’d expect to see at breakfast, service was great. A special shout out to the night porter who went above and beyond for us.
