  A huge shout out to James who was so helpful when i came into Store to talk about some products i needed advice on. I’ve been in before and found the other shop assistants less than helpful. What a breath of fresh air. Took time to find me the right shade for my skin and offer other products which i purchased on his advice. Thanks James ! Ill be back!!

  Went for a session today and it was a lovely experience! Sometimes I find the CT area very overwhelming with people, but I was lucky as it was very quiet. James was the makeup artist and really spent the time to understand what I was looking for, talked about the products and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. There was no pushy sales and the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. James also kindly provided a list of all the products that were used so after seeing how the makeup fared today I can purchase additional products in the future.

  I went in today for a complimentary Summer Glow Up consultation and was blown away by both the products and the service. James was my make-up artist, and he took the time to explain each product, considering my skin type, the level of coverage I wanted and the overall look I was hoping to achieve. He asked all the right questions and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. I left feeling absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you James!

  My friend and I attended John Lewis, Exeter Charlotte Tilbury on the 01/08/26 for the wedding and occasioning makeup. TJ was my makeup artist and she was brilliant. I felt at ease from the moment I sat down. The makeup industry is such a daunting place when you are not an expert in that area, but did not feel that yesterday. I felt amazing with no makeup and glowing when I had the makeup done. I had tips and tricks along the way of the makeup process but also an absolute blast. I truly feel Charlotte Tilbury is the best place to trail any makeup routine. Thank you TJ for making my experience so great. Charlotte Tilbury will be missing something special when you leave. Thank you!

  Such a lovely service! I went to Charlotte Tilbury Exeter for a general browse. Stacey was super lovely and helpful! She showed me how to apply bronzer when I asked her (I have never had a clue) and matched my skin tone perfectly!! She also helped me to match a perfect lipstick colour. She was so sweet and not pressurising in the slightest. She also made me feel good about myself and genuinely cared. She makes me want to go back to Charlotte Tilbury and I would happily pay for her to do my full face of make up. I left feeling good about myself and had such a lovely experience. Make up counters can often be intimidating and pressurising and so I tend to avoid them. I will absolutely be back! Thank you Stacey!!
