  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I visited the store on Saturday and was overcharged for the products I purchased. I am usually a regular online customer of Charlotte Tilbury and frequently buy their products, so this was particularly frustrating. As I live quite far from the Cheshire Oaks store, I have tried to contact them to report the overcharge, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. Due to this experience and the lack of customer service, I will not be shopping here again and would rate this experience zero.

  I've never been shade matched before, but Gemma shade matched my foundation today and did an amazing job! She was so lovely, we had a lovely gab and I left with an amazingly matched foundation 🥰

  Called in to the store last night, the staff are lovely. Due to having chemotherapy I obviously have little eyebrows. Even though the store was busy, I asked about eyebrow pencil and without hesitation I was sat down and left with eyebrows and a new pencil, I wasn't pressured to purchase anything. It was nice to speak to the staff, i also mentioned where i bought my wig (Pretty little Wigs) and they knew Hollie and Lils, what a small world! I was surprised at the cost as I always thought it was an expensive brand, its not. Cheshire Oaks needs to keep this store as its such an asset to young and old! Thank you again for your help and also taking time to talk, you made my evening, I'm certainly coming back with my daughter to replenish my makeup.
