  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I visited the store on Saturday and was overcharged for the products I purchased. I am usually a regular online customer of Charlotte Tilbury and frequently buy their products, so this was particularly frustrating. As I live quite far from the Cheshire Oaks store, I have tried to contact them to report the overcharge, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. Due to this experience and the lack of customer service, I will not be shopping here again and would rate this experience zero.

  Reading many excellent reviews regarding Charlotte Tilbury foundation I decided to visit the outlet store on The Cheshire Oaks for their advice. I was warmly welcomed by the artist Olivia. Olivia proceeded to explain about the products I wanted. Olivia made me comfortable on a chair and proceeded to apply my makeup. Firstly products to moisture my face then foundation, concealer and power. Olivia really is a fabulous artist transforming my 68 year old face into a new version of myself. Olivia tried two different shades for me to compare the difference. She then gave me samples to go home with and decide which I preferred. I was treated like a queen Olivia is outstanding, welcoming, professional, friendly , and an expert in her field. I will be using the samples and returning to her for my purchases.   went in with my girlfriend as she loves Charlotte tilbury, the staff were great. very approachable and so friendly. they knew so much and were able to sort her out with some products, we left that store very happy and my girlfriend was more then satisfied with are purchase!!
