  Make up for prom was done , looked very nice but the appointment was a lot shorter than anticipated , make up that was purchased at the same time broken and fell apart within 1 hour , have messaged Charlotte Tilbury but no response. Bit disappointed to be honest. The consultant was nice but that’s all that could be said really

  Very happy with the finished make up result carried out by a lovely assistant Anna in the Cambridge branch of John Lewis. She took her time to show me the products and how to apply which I found really helpful. Pleased with the majority of make up I purchased, a primer, foundation, a lipstick and a gift box a total of £160, had I known the small gift box was £50+ I would not have purchased this. Unfortunately the lipstick feels very dry on my lips, I think Anna may have applied a lip moisturiser beforehand, so a little disappointed with this item of makeup.

  This is not something I would usually do, it’s completely out of my comfort zone. But from the moment I arrived the ladies made me feel at complete ease. They talked me through each step making me feel very capable of going home and repeating the process. Lovely products and even lovelier staff. Will definitely be back.

  Had a really lovely time with Lauren, had been into store a couple of weeks earlier and been served by Lauren then. I had a wedding to go to and explained that I needed a refresh on my make up and just wanted a few extra tips on applying certain aspects. She couldn't have been lovelier, patient, listened to what I thought about colour choices and the whole experience was perfect. Will definitely be back to purchase more products in the near future. Thank you

  I had my makeup done today by Isobel, and she was an absolute delight! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warmth, humour, and positive energy. She completely nailed the brief, the makeup was flawless, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I felt so confident and beautiful for the rest of the day, and I genuinely think her talent and uplifting vibe played a huge part in making my day so special. What I also loved was that she took the time to show me how to use the products she'd applied, which has given me the confidence and excitement to recreate the look at home. Thank you, Isobel, for such a lovely experience. You're fantastic at what you do, and I couldn't recommend you more highly!
