  Betty was really helpful, kind and listened to what I wanted. I felt like I was a valued customer and even though the appointment/make over was free, I felt zero pressure to make any purchases (even though I did as I love CT products!). This is the second make-up apt I’ve had at the Brighton store, the first being with staff member Liberty, and I also had a really positive experience then too. I love this store, the staff and the products! :-)

  The staff at Charlotte Tilbury are so lovely and the makeovers are perfect. It’s the first time I’ve walked away feeling good in my skin and have a good routine which is easy to follow. I’ve had so many compliments about my makeup!

  Inviting atmosphere. Ben was very welcoming and helpful and so instantly likable. I visited with two friends and we all had appointments for free consultations for make up demos. Consequently we left this beautiful salon very happy with an array of beautiful products. Thank you!
