  Hi I live in the states now and I came home for a wedding in July. I had everything ready except my makeup and I was getting a bit concerned as to what I could do on the day. I was walking by your store in East St Brighton. And I saw Emily standing at the door with a huge smile which I was immediately drawn to. No pressure from her as I feebly explained my plight, too old, don’t wear makeup since I had a stroke at 22. I needed brightening up and wanted to fit in with all other guests. She explained the method that was used and different programs depending on individual needs, she made me feel confident and safe. I booked an appointment before I knew it! I had the most wonderful experience with her and I loved the natural fresh look she gave me. Family and friends noticed my new look which gave me the confidence to book for the wedding day and I would have nothing to worry about. It was wonderful and the wedding was carefree for me. I can’t thank Emily enough for making my day. She is perfect for the job and all the staff were polite and caring. Whenever I get home to uk in future I will book an appointment with Emily.   Me and my friend attended for makeup done for my hen do, I had the iconic looks (free with £70 min spend ) and my Friend had the unreal summer glow up (free). The girl was amazing put us at ease and listed to get we wanted , we had 2 very different looks one full glam and one glowy and natural we were both really impressed. Treat my self to a new lipstick fur the wedding day!!

  had a ‘quick and easy everyday’ makeover yesterday with betty. she was an angel, explaining each product and how she was applying it and answering all my questions. i loved the finished look and really enjoyed the process aswell. betty was lovely to chat to and made me feel at ease. thank you 🤍

  Me and my friend had a lovely makeover with Olivia and Jess at your Brighton store who were brilliant. Very friendly, professional and we bought some lovely products. My first Charlotte Tilbury products but I can’t wait to get started on my new skincare and makeup journey. Thank you for a lovely time x

  I came with my friend late Saturday aft for the summer glow experience, Jess & Olivia were both fabulous, all the staff were friendly & we had the best experience. Thoroughly enjoyed waking up to a whole new lot of make over for a fresher look. Highly recommended & again thanks to Jess & Olivia for being fun & friendly 🥰
