  What an amazing experience I had Chelsea was amazing with me explained everything step by step asked me what I preferred and left it in my complete control I don’t normally get my make up done, so I was stunned of how gorgeous it was I will definitely be re booking with Chelsea 💕

  Attended for my birthday. Chelsea was brilliant talked me through the session step by step Of product what was she appropriate for me . Chelsea was so patient friendly and made my birthday very special. The make up I had on make me feel beautiful and gorgeous. As a result I bought two Charlotte tilbury products that she used on me. Will definitely be back In Chelsea’s seat soon 🩷

  I visited CT in Frasers Dundee this afternoon June 27 and was helped by Jordan. They were absolutely brilliant with their recommendations and I came away with items I wouldn’t have otherwise considered but am very happy with. Jordan was professional and friendly but obviously knew what they were talking about and I will definitely go back to see them again.

  We were going to a family wedding and I booked myself and my daughter into a make up experience on the day at Charlotte Tilbury House of Fraser Dundee. When I went in to book it, I met Kirsten, who was such a lovely girl. She talked to me about the various options and assured me that an appointment with any member of staff would be a wonderful experience, as being older I was apprehensive that I might feel too old to have a makeover. We made the two appointments with Jordan for the day of the wedding. My daughter went first and she was thrilled with the make over and only too happy to buy products used trialled on the day. She looked absolutely beautiful following her makeover. Jordan then did my make up and I have to say, he is one of the kindest thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very experience and he suggested various options but talked about my face shape, tone and also mature skin which is important to me as an older female that the correct products be used to enhance yourself. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and I was delighted with the results. Friends commented on my make up that day ( yes I was honest and told them who did it ! ) and it lasted all day and into the early hours of the next day despite dancing etc at the celebration. I cannot thank him enough for giving me so much confidence that day and making me feel the best I have felt in a very long time. Jordan is one in a million. Thank you ❤️
