- MLMiriam LocherAug 7, 20261.0Hatten vor kurzem einen grossen Fernseher bestellt wurde defekt und heiss geliefert( wahrscheinlich war der Fernseher lange in der Sonne) heute hätten sie uns der neuen Fernseher geliefert, wir mussten eine Zeit angeben die Lieferanten haben sich nicht dran gehalten und gingen mit dem Fernseher wieder weg. Nous disions qu'il manquait des articles mais la personne nous disait qu'elle n'avait pas reçu l'ordre du magasin ... après plusieurs aller-retour à la caisse on a réussi à tout avoir... mais que d'énervements... une catastrophe. Je n'y mettrai plus jamais les pieds !

Puis il maiquait des chaises qui selon eux avaient déjà été livrées. Re re re discution. Plus de 2 heures pour recevoir les produits. Même plus envie de réclamer pour la nouvelle chaise avec taches. Personel impoli, qui se retire derière la porte au plus vite laissant plein de client attendre avec leurs questions. COMFORAMA ? PLUS JAMAIS DE MAVIE

Sie ist mit Abstand eine der besten Beraterinnen, die ich je erlebt habe: eine wunderbare Ausstrahlung, immer freundlich und kompetent, und ihre Beratung ist schlicht fantastisch. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Herzblut macht und sich wirklich Zeit für die Kunden nimmt. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind Gold wert. Grosses Kompliment an Slavi – ich komme gerne wieder!
