L’AVY (Artisans Vignerons d’Yvorne) est une société coopérative innovante fondée en 1902. Aujourd’hui, notre équipe d'une dizaine de professionnels encave, vinifie et commercialise la production de 120 sociétaires.
Nous produisons principalement des vins répondant à l’appellation Yvorne Chablais AOC en vinifiant la récolte de 55 hectares de vignes sur les 160 hectares que compte l’aire de production.
L’encavage comprend en majorité du chasselas, mais également des nobles cépages blancs et rouges.
