Fred, ancien cuisinier de Séverine a repris les rênes du Hasard de St-Triphon pour continuer sur la belle lancée instaurée depuis juin 2019. Plats du terroir et mijotés restent à l'honneur avec une petite touche exotique en supplément pour surprendre les papilles et habitudes de nos hôtes.
Grand choix de vins suisses et de bières artisanales souvent locales
Nous vous accueillons tous les jours de la semaine ainsi que les soirées du mercredi au vendredi avec ou sans réservation. Pour les Pavillons, la réservation est obligatoire 24h à l'avance pour laisser le temps à notre boucher de préparer votre commande.. Ils sont disponibles du mardi 12h au samedi soir.
