Un peu d'histoire... La Boulangerie Millioud est une entreprise crée en 1896 par Emile Millioud. Ensuite, son fils Robert reprend le flambeau ainsi que son petit-fils Marcel. En 1986, André Millioud se retrouve à la tête de l’entreprise. Avec la collaboration de son épouse Catherine, il ouvre successivement deux succursales: à Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne en 1991 et dans la gare CFF de Renens en 1998 ensuite. En 2014, le magasin de Lausanne est ouvert. Le futur de la boulangerie semble assuré car le fils d’André et Catherine, Jonathan, possède un CFC de pâtissier-confiseur et de boulanger-pâtissier alors que leur fille Aurélie se forme à la gestion commerciale.
