  Ho acquistato una scarpiera con consegna prevista in 7/14 giorni. Dopo due mesi sto ancora aspettando il mio ordine. Non si sono mai degnati di mandarmi una mail per avvisarmi del ritardo; l'unico modo per sapere qualcosa è continuare a chiamarli io. Totalmente inaffidabili.

  I strongly advise against purchasing furniture from Conforama, regardless of its aesthetic appeal, due to consistently poor product quality. My recent order for a table resulted in a defective product that required three separate replacements. Furthermore, a room divider purchased last June/July is now also manifesting defects. Despite sending an email over two weeks ago and placing three follow-up calls with two voicemails as requested, I have yet to receive a response. Consequently, I cannot recommend this retailer.

  Worst online service ever. Placed an order, paid, waited for confirmation email to collect my item but it never arrived. Tried many times to call the store but waited +30min at the phone, unacceptable. Tried sending an email but never got a response. I lost my time, my money and my patience, can’t recommend this
