The Grotto del Nando tavern is located in a small hamlet in the municipality of Bellinzona, in Carasso. Here you will find a very cosy and family atmosphere, ideal for pleasant evenings with friends and family. The menu offers a wide selection of Swiss specialities, but in particular the restaurant is known for its rösti and an interesting proposal of Sri Lankan specialities, such as Tamil.     Average food (you can’t expect much when you talk about Swiss cousine), ok prices for Switzerland. Service could be improved, especially the Italian waiter should step up a bit his performance.
