  I’ve been seeing Steven for the past four months following major shoulder surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Recovering from this type of surgery is a long process, and Steven has been excellent at adapting the treatment as my shoulder has improved. What stands out most is his problem solving mindset and his willingness to be flexible when it comes to finding the best path for recovery. He is also very approachable, explains everything clearly, and speaks excellent English, which made a real difference for me. The clinic itself is also excellent. The rehabilitation equipment and machines are of a very high standard, the changing facilities are clean and well maintained, and there is convenient parking. I also really appreciate that they stagger appointments between physiotherapists, so it never feels overcrowded and you always have access to the equipment you need.
