  Ich bin echt begeistert! Das Essen war top und super schön serviert. Der Service war extrem herzlich und aufmerksam. Mega cool waren die vielen "Grüsse aus der Küche, so konnte ich mal ganz neue Sachen ausprobieren, an die ich mich sonst nicht rangetraut hätte. Ich habe mich hier als Kunde sehr wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Zum Abschied wurde ich am Ausgang von beiden verabschiedet.

  Sehr feines Essen - inkludiert sind diverse leckere Amuse bouche. Der Café wird mit schönen Süßspeisen serviert, viele Überraschungen. Schöne Weinkarte.

  To say I was amazed by the food in this restaurant is an understatement. I can’t remember the last time I left a review for a restaurant but I was so completely taken by surprise by how wonderful the food was that I had to leave one. The building looks nothing special from the road or at the entrance but the welcome was lovely and the service was great despite hardly any English being spoken (I am English but I liked that they didn’t speak English!). I had been on a short walk up the nearby ‘mountain’ to a recommended restaurant but when I got there it was fully booked for a party and the Adler was the only other option in the village on a wet Sunday afternoon with no car. Even when I saw the menu (translated on my phone) I wasn’t expecting anything special but I was first spoilt with some lovely amuse-bouches and even the bread was very tasty. I ordered fried prawns and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and the chef also came to check that my food was ok. I was then treated to some petite fours with my coffee, also delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely return!
