  Ja, ich habe dort eine Nacht im 6. Stock im Dachgeschoss übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte ein wirklich merkwürdiges Kühlsystem. Aus dem Klimagerät führte ein Schlauch nach draußen, der sich ständig bewegte und dabei Lärm machte. Dadurch wurden wir immer wieder geweckt. Ich habe ungefähr 220 Franken bezahlt und konnte trotzdem wegen des Lärms kaum schlafen.

  A mixed bag. The room for 3 was big and extremely clean. Om the other side no air conditioning, so we had a fan working 24/7 to make the temperature acceptable during summer, which was the low point of our stay. Breakfast ok and good but not superb. Helpful personnel. Very good 10 CHF for parking several days and a card for all buses and several activities. Compared to other options good price.

  Hotel to avoid at all costs, especially during the summer. We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel during the summer. The outside temperature was only around maximum 25°C, yet our room felt like a sauna. It was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep or stay in the room. We had to book another hotel for the night. We politely asked whether it would be possible to move to a room on the other side of the building, but the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. It was, without question, the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The interaction was so unprofessional that it felt absurd.

  It gets a bit hot in the summer months, especially when you have a room facing the streets. We talked to the staff and they were very accommodating to find a solution that worked for both of us.
