  Great shop! I left with my new favorite T-shirt🐄🇨🇭 The cow-shaped unique design is just so cool! I’m very happy with it💗 They have many different ones, was hard to pick just one 😊

  This was a totally wonderful experience in Luzerne The minute we entered her store” Webers World “ Helen was so welcoming and greeting and informative. She recognize that we were Canadians and jokingly said I’ll give you 10%. She gives that to everyone then she instructed us to go across to the other store to look at watches I was met with Soliel she greeted us so warmly, and encouraged me to actually buy a watch from her and across the street with Helen Mary Lou purchased gifts for our grandkids, our son-in-law and son A huge thank you to them it made our purchases so much easier and enjoyable Tom and Mary Lou O’BRIEN, Windsor Ontario Canada🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🙏❤️ May 31/2026

  Absolutely fabulous experience buying my Synergy X Alox from this shop. They have a long history in Lucerne, a huge selection and great prices. The lady who served me (she is Singapore born) was friendly and attentive and gave great service. Engraving is free too. I would recommend this shop if ever you are in Lucerne and considering buying a Victorinox tool.

  I had a wonderful experience here choosing Swiss Army knives for my friends and one for myself and the wonderful Helen who’s the staff there was extremely helpful and friendly gave me good recommendations and I took her advice, my friends and I love the knives especially with the engraving of our names which was done expertly and quickly by Helen herself, really appreciated her for her friendliness and help. Go there for the best service by the queen Helen W in the chat gang
