  Un grand merci à Chloé de la caisse rapide de la pharmacie Amavita à la gare Cornavin ! 😊 Elle m’a vraiment beaucoup aidée et a été très à l’écoute. Elle a pris le temps de comprendre ma situation et de m’accompagner avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de patience et de bienveillance. Une personne adorable et un service vraiment exceptionnel.   Mme Chloé provided truly exceptional service. I needed motion sickness medication for my travels, but because I take other medications and have medical considerations, finding the right option wasn't simple. She took the time to carefully identify the safest, longest-lasting, and most cost-effective choice, and she also guided me through the paperwork required to obtain it in Switzerland. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout.   J'ai toujours été satisfait de cette pharmacie que je fréquente depuis de nombreuses années, le personnel y et très sympathique, mais la depuis quelques mois le temps d'attendre et devenu insupportable avec ordonnance, je suis arrivé à 15h 00 et à 15h25 il y avait que 1 numéro qui a bouger, dommage que les gens qui arrivent et sans ordonnance sont prioritaire, j'ai compter le nombre de clients qui attendait 20 et que 3 caisses ouvertes, je suis partis désolé j'aurais attendu 1 h sur, y a qu'à voir le nombre de tickets que les gens laissent, si cela ne change pas je vais voir une autre pharmacie Amavita dommage car j'ai aimé cette pharmacie, mais faire attendre les gens avec ordonnance de cette façon pas très correct.

  To the Swisswide Management: I wish to bring to your attention an incident that occurred yesterday at the Amavita pharmacy at Cornavin Station in Geneva, which left me deeply shocked. My daughter had accidentally got shampoo in one of her eyes. After thoroughly rinsing it with clean water, she was still experiencing discomfort. I asked for children's eye drops. The staff member at the counter consulted the pharmacist, who told me that water was sufficient and that eye drops were unnecessary. I accepted this advice and did not press the issue. As we had just come from the swimming pool, my own eyes were very irritated and red. I then asked for adult eye drops for my own use. The pharmacist refused to sell me this product, even though it is available without a prescription. Confused by this refusal, and feeling annoyed, I pointed out that I could buy the exact same product at another pharmacy along my route, and I called him a "clown" (*guignol*). I acknowledge that this remark was inappropriate, and I regret it. However, the pharmacist's reaction seemed completely disproportionate to me. He called in a security guard, banned me from the store, and demanded to see my ID. At the security guard's request, I tried to calmly resume the conversation, explaining that the eye drops were for my own use and not for my daughter. Despite this clarification, the pharmacist maintained his refusal, claiming I was going to "put my daughter in danger"—even though I had just explained the opposite to him. Beyond the refusal to sell the product itself, it is primarily the way I was treated that shocks me. Being publicly portrayed—in front of other customers—as a parent likely to intentionally put their child in danger constitutes an affront to my dignity that I consider unacceptable. Following this incident, I checked public reviews for this pharmacy and found that several customers reported similar experiences regarding the behavior of certain staff members. Without passing judgment on their accuracy, these accounts reinforce my feeling that my experience may not be an isolated case.
