  Très professionnelle et toujours accueillante, cette pharmacie est désormais celle où je me rends pour les petits bobos du quotidien comme pour les plus gros. Toute l'équipe de préparatrices est adorable et à l'écoute, patiente et rassurante. Le pharmacien a pris le prend le temps d'étudier l'ensemble de mes besoins et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec bienveillance.

  I have regulary been using this pharmacy and as another client mentioned in an earlier post, I have been subject to cold and an unwelcoming demeneour from the person serving us. This time a young lady with brown hair and green eyes who was getting the required medecine was extremely cold. On several counts during the same interaction she told me how I should be grateful that she found the medecine in her file. I am used to thanking people for their help automatically but never had another person ask me outrightly to do this on several occasions during a conversation. Another elderly client walked in and immediately she chirped in a lighter tone and greeted her. On an earlier trip to this same pharmacy, there were two young pharmacists who made fun of my sister who was with me just because she was wearing a fur hat. I accepted it that time but this is not a one off situation clearly. Unacceptable behavior from anyone really. If you cannot have good client service at the very least provide respect for your clients. Although I do have to mention that the lady who serves the cosmetics table definitely knows what good client service is.

  Highly recommend! I had booked a consultation service online for my eye and got an appointment very quickly the next morning. Dre. XUAN has very kindly received me and gave me professional medical advice. All the staff here at the pharmacy were super helpful, friendly and warm-hearted. My sincere thanks!
