  Hotel bonito con encanto, habitaciones grandes y camas muy cómodas, y un trato muy amable y cariñoso, el buffet del desayuno maravilloso te puedes hacer tus propias tortitas.

  Overall, this is a good hotel for the price. Location isn’t really a major concern in Geneva because the city is quite small and easy to get around. The hotel is only about a 10-minute bus or tram ride from Geneva’s main downtown train station, so getting to the city centre and other attractions is very convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. Overall, a solid hotel that offers good value for the price, with comfortable rooms and easy access to public transportation.

  Nous avions une très belle chambre, mais malheureusement, le restaurant était fermé le week-end, ce qui est tout à fait normal. Le petit-déjeuner a toutefois été une très grande déception. Tout d’abord, je voudrais signaler aux clients qu’ils ne doivent pas emporter leurs valises dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, qui est relativement petite. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est disposé en demi-cercle sur deux niveaux. Les personnes de petite taille ont beaucoup de mal à atteindre, par exemple, la confiture située au deuxième niveau. Les pompes pour se servir de confiture ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais le pire, c’était sans doute la machine à café. C’est une petite Delonghi, comme celle que j’ai chez moi, qui dessert tout l’hôtel. À tout bout de champ, le réservoir d’eau était vide (que le personnel remplissait à chaque fois à moitié), le bac de récupération plein, le réservoir à lait vide (il contenait de quoi faire 4 ou 5 cappuccinos) ou bien il n’y avait plus de grains. C’était vraiment incroyable. Mais quand on jette un œil dans leur arrière-cuisine, on y aperçoit une magnifique machine à expresso italienne en inox. Quand j’ai posé la question, ils ont trouvé que c’était trop de travail de préparer du café pour tout le monde. Franchement ! J’ai trouvé ça ridicule !!! Ça a vraiment gâché mon séjour dans cet hôtel par ailleurs si agréable

  I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I'm deeply disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. I had to cancel my 2-night stay due to a painful (and unpredictable) personal event. Unfortunately, I had booked a non-refundable rate, but I gave the hotel 2 months' notice about my situation. The booking platform, which was far more understanding, also reached out to them on my behalf, but the hotel flatly refused to show any flexibility. This is a regrettable business approach, and frankly, lacks any basic human empathy. It seems they are more than happy to cash in on a cancelled booking and resell the room, making a tidy profit out of someone else's hardship.
