  Inadmissible service très long nous avons attendus 1h pour deux glaces il y'avait pas de clim il devait faire minimum 30 degrés à l'intérieur il était 21h ! Pauvres salariés

  Restaurant qui est un vrai four. Rien que d'attendre une commande à l'emporter à l'intérieur est insupportable tellement il fait chaud. Je ne sais pas comment les clients qui mangent sur place arrivent à tenir, et j'ai une pensée pour les employés qui doivent travailler dans ces conditions. En plus, le système est mal pensé : les numéros de commande sont simplement criés par le personnel, ce qui oblige à rester à l'intérieur. Impossible d'attendre dehors sans risquer de manquer l'appel de sa commande. C'est vraiment dommage.

  C’est le Burger King le plus cher que j’ai vu de + une vrai fournaise pas de climatisation ni d’air on ne peut même plus respirer j’ai commandé un burger jai reçu un tout mini burger de + j’ai commandé un sunday caramel que j’ai reçu sans caramel et quand j’ai été à la caisse on m’a mis un mini filet bref à fuir

  We went to this location to take advantage of the Suisse special because Switzerland played Colombia that night for the World Cup. Despite us having issues with the Application and our order was not what we expected, what was unexpected was the awesommmmmeee and incredible service we were provided. Absolutely exceptional service and corporate should know about it. Ludovico and Robin deserve recognition for their super empathetic, beyond kind treatment of guests. They took our experience from bad to incredibly heart warming. Ludovico was especially attentive, he listened, he smiled in acknowledgment, and had such a great sense of duty he made us comfortable, seen, heard, and he did what he could to make sure we felt important to him. Despite it being a very busy night, the whole staff was working hard, they had such a good work environment, and they showed care for their guest. As we waited for our order we saw how Ludovico and Robin attended other guest and we saw absolutely all of them leave the counter with a smile because they interacted with Ludovico and Robin. Seriously, everyone that went to the counter left with a smile! That is incredible talent and great spirit of the staff. Truly commendable service. They knew how to attend every guest they encountered in a specialized tailored way that made everyone joyful and comfortable. The food was great too. I had the burger with Arugula and Gruyère and it was probably amongst the best burgers I have had in any fast food international restaurant; I didn’t eat it until I got home at least 15 minutes after it was made and it was still delicious and warm. If I wrote this review it was because the food was delicious but it merit that made this post necessary was the service. I hope corporate finds out about this post because Ludovico and Robin treated us with human dignity. An autistic person with a service dog felt heard, felt compassion, but overall felt human and cared for. Only certain talented people could make someone feel dignity and Ludovico and Robin did it, with a smile, great patience, while keeping the place running on a busy night!!!
