  We are extremely happy with the excellent support provided by Wollenmann Immobilien, especially Mr. Michael, during the sale of our property. From the beginning, they provided a very realistic and professional evaluation of our property value, which helped us set the right expectations. Since we had a tight timeline due to our relocation to another country, Mr. Michael and his team worked efficiently and managed to find suitable buyers within a very short period of time. They also supported us in organizing all the required services such as painting, cleaning, electrical inspections, and other necessary preparations for the sale. In addition, they carefully verified all the house documents and proactively coordinated with the land registry whenever additional documentation was required. The team also handled the coordination with the notary very professionally and finalized the draft contract by incorporating all our comments and requirements smoothly.
