  I had such an awesome experience here, the customer service was amazing by everyone in the store. My consultant Asikuj was especially wonderful to deal with. I'm really glad I ended up going here to get a new phone. Thanks you guys!

  Go see Abdul! I went through an absolute TORNADO trying to get out of my old phone plan, and he helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the best deal and the right plan for me. He was super patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process way less stressful. Highly recommend!

  Very bad service… went to store yesterday to bought an apple pencil and they told us they don’t have any with usb c so i went to other best buy they told me that this ( midtown ) store have 4 available. So i called the this store and they confirmed that they have it in stock… so we drove back again 20 min. Paid parking again and when i got to store suddenly they don’t had any.. I don’t know why they waisted my time and money and gave wrong information every time … so disappointed
