  Good food, lots of staff and very friendly and helpful. The place was busy but still feels relaxed. Super efficient too. Great place for a meal anytime.

  Had the CAA deal of free chicken parmigiana (with min. purchase of $25). Very delicious. The deal even came with the usual soup or salad and their famous bread. Lovely service by Belle.

  Food is great and the endless soup, salad and bread upgrade is worth it! Our server Wyatt was great as well. The flavoured iced teas and lemonades are delicious.

  We had an excellent experience at East Side Mario’s! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Our food was served promptly, everything was fresh and delicious, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. A big thank you to Krystelle professionalism and hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to family and friends!

  I had such a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s during my road trip from Ottawa to Vancouver. After three days on the road, this was the first meal that truly felt comforting and exactly what I was hoping for. I have a garlic allergy/sensitivity, and the manager and Krysklle were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to customize my meal carefully, made sure everything was prepared properly, and even checked on me multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with real care. A huge thank you to the manager and the entire team for the amazing hospitality and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find restaurants that take food sensitivities seriously while still making the meal taste this good. You truly made my day and turned a simple dinner into a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
